Crediton Photography Club offers those interested in photography an opportunity to meet, learn, exchange ideas, teach and generally enjoy all aspects of photography! It will develop to meet the needs of its members, encouraging those new to photography, whatever their age, to improve and share their skills and push the boundaries even more with this fascinating art form.

On this site you will find information about the club and its activities. If you live in our area and have an interest in Photography please do come along.

The 2019 - 20 season starts in September and we are organising an exciting programme of meetings for our members this winter. Anyone who may be interested in attending and trying us out, is welcome to come for three sessions to get a flavour of the kinds of photographic interests on offer.

We also issue an invitation to anyone interested in photography, to attend our 'Speaker Evenings' during the season, dates and price as designated on the Programme page.

We meet on Friday evenings at 7.30 pm at the Masonic Hall in Union Road Crediton, EX17 3AW
David Kirk: I’m a fairly new member of the club and enjoy it tremendously. Alright, I used to take ok pictures but now I’m a much better photographer and essentially it’s all down to the club. There is a good mix of experience and the atmosphere is very friendly with plenty of people willing to offer advice whatever your ability. Through the year we have quality speakers showing their work and giving advice, we run a series of workshops and competitions which help improve our skills and we have opportunity to show our work and share our own skills. All I can say is that I enjoy the club and my photography is improving – what more is there?
